Jason is born and raised in New York. He worked as an I.T security analyst, and has flipped over a hundred homes within the last ten years while working full time.

He now works full time as a real estate developer. He wrote his best selling book called "Work 9 to 5 and Flip on the Side", and he purchased a small strip mall in April of 2022. 

He is currently dealing with tenants such as Dollar General, motor vehicle, a chamber for e-commerce, and so forth. And now he's even written a children's book called "Cowboy Joe".
